Riftwar Saga

Starting the fantasy author spotlight with one of my earlier and much-loved authors, Raymond E. Feist, an American fantasy fiction author. Acclaimed with numerous series, short stories, and various anthologies, it all begins with The Riftwar Saga, set in the worlds of Midkemia and Kelewan. Midkemia (1982) was originally created to have been an alternative for Dungeons and Dragons that was designed by Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson in 1974.
